  4. Refund initiated: If your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund process within 5 business days. We will also email you to confirm that your refund has been processed. Please note that it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method.

Please note that we do not cover any currency exchange charges or any
other kind of charges associated with your purchase, so the refund
amount will exclude those charges. The amount refunded to you will be
the purchase price of the product(s) minus any applicable charges.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
